Bio: Billy is a Bipolar, Schizophrenic, Multi-Personality psychopath. His main personality is being smart, and somewhat polite, but he can randomly become a cold hearted killer. People who have known him for a while know that his eye color changes on his current personality, and they are normally gold in color. His parents were brutally killed. He has also killed Valentine's parents.

Relationships: Mary Cutlass (Mother; Deceased) John Cutlass (Father; Missing)

Special Abilities: Billy has the instant ability to understand any technology that he is holding. When enraged, he enters his psycho form. His strength is increased by two times, and he also can put people under his spell. (Hypnosis and forms of mind manipulation) Can also rip energy from other beings. 

Orientation: Unknown; Billy has yet to show any affection for anyone.

Likes: Scaring people, using his knife, the "sassy" attitude, chaos. Being assigned as an assasin. 
Dislikes: A organized person other than himself, people making fun of him, people that do not know what they are talking about

Weapons: A Cutlass (ironically enough), A "modified" titanium butcher knife, and the spikes around his gloves

Extra: Billy sharpens his teeth with his knife when he's bored. His teeth resemble that of a sand shark.
